Fees
Psychotherapy
My fee is $155 for a 50-minute session. Psychotherapy is exempt from HST.
I dedicate a number of sliding scale spots in my practice for those who cannot afford the full fee. Don’t hesitate to inquire about this further.
You may be eligible for reimbursement through your private health insurance. I provide receipts which you can submit to your insurance company.
Session fees are payable by email transfer prior to the session.
Cancellation policy
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged in full for the session.
Yoga
I offer private, semi-private and small group yoga classes. Classes are targeted to your specific needs and goals, with the utmost attention to student safety and autonomy.
I specialize in yoga for managing anxiety, yoga for relaxation and yoga for beginners. Please contact me for information and rates.
